This traditional riad is situated in the Old Medina, which is now a World Heritage site and has been beautifully restored by the present owner in traditional Moroccan style, with every attention to detail using very skilled craftsmen.
Entering Riad Valerie, you will find yourself in a cool, calm court-yard with the sound of the fountain in the centre, surrounded by orange and lemon trees. Throughout the hand-carved plasterwork and traditional tiles give a true sense of Moroccan artistry. The facilities are substantial and are spread across the ground and first floors with an enticing roof terrace.
Leading off the courtyard there are two lounge areas equipped with comfortable sofas, one with satellite Television and DVD player. Adjoining is the fully equipped kitchen and dinning room. Leading up to the first floor are the three bedrooms, each en-suite with either a bath or shower (two double bedded and one twin bedded). On the landing that leads around there is a bench with table and chairs to relax if you find the roof terrace too hot!
