We are the number on local estate agents in Morocco. Because we are so specialised we are uniquely able to offer detailed knowledge of all aspects of life there and frequently hear of new developments and opportunities before they become generally known.

With offices in London and Morocco, the company is led by its directors Geoff Shaw, Len Bartlett, Emma Vickers and Robert Shaw. Geoff and Len have known each other and been involved in property for more than 30 years and Emma and Robert have brought a wealth of Customer Service, Sales and Marketing experience to the company.

The Directors have created an enthusiastic, dedicated team to offer clients a complete service. All our representatives have over 10 years real estate experience and are able to provide help and advise on every aspect of buying in this unique area - often our clients become friends. Two associate companies support the team; one offering a villa design and build service and the other a comprehensive after sales management service.

Geoff has a Masters degree in Architecture and, prior to establishing Morocco Properties Ltd, was involved for many years in property development in the UK and Europe as a director of a major plc company.

Len has been involved with the industry for more than 30 years and has a wealth of experience in travel and overseas property.

We pride ourselves on our after-sales support and attention to detail and our UK and Moroccan teams are always on hand for legal questions, booking future accommodation, flights, rentals and resale.

It doesn't stop there. We have a dedicated customer newsletter delivered quarterly that keeps everyone up to date on events in the area and the local team are always available for a meeting when you re-visit.
