The building schedule for Mediterranea Saïdia is as follows:
The first phase - villas, apartments, marina, links golf course, and various shops, bars and restaurants - is due for completion at the end of 2006.
The entire site, including all 3 golf courses, is forecast to be complete in 2009. Everything is currently on schedule and the developers have a very good reputation for completing projects on time.
The contract provides for completion within 21 months of signing.
